• May 12, 8:44 a.m.: Patrolman Ashley Rich is investigating the theft of inspection stickers stolen from a garage on Potato House Road. Estimated loss of $80.

• May 12, 4:43 p.m.: Report of tools stolen from a business on the Andover Road. Patrolmen Rich and Brad Gallant are investigating.

• May 15, 6:23 p.m.: Stacey Blickenstaff, 47, of Rumford was arrested on a charge of theft at a Hancock Street business. She was taken to the Oxford County Jail in Paris and is scheduled to appear in a Rumford court July 10 at 8:30 a.m.

• May 17, 12:54 p.m.: Peter Talington, 61, of Rumford was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass at a Waldo Street business. He was released on $600 unsecured bail and has a court date of July 12.

• May 17, 11:01 p.m.: John Oberton, 24, of Livermore was arrested by Patrolman Rich on Essex Street in Rumford on a warrant for an unpaid fine. He was released on $675 cash bail.

• May 18, 7:40 p.m.: David Cavanaugh, 48, of Mexico, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at Rumford Community Home. He was transported to the Paris jail and scheduled to appear in court July 12 at 8:30 a.m.

• May 19, 10:50 a.m.: William O’Leary, 67, of Dixfield was arrested on Rumford Avenue on a charge of operating after license suspension. He was taken to the county jail and held on $800 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in court July 10 at 8:30 a.m.

• May 21, 9:58 a.m.: Jacob Blood, 23, of Mexico was charged for aggravated criminal mischief by Patrolman Matthew Desroches on Washington Street. Blood is accused of causing $2,000 damage to five vehicles. He is scheduled to appear in court July 10 at 8:30 a.m.

• May 22, 11:04 p.m.: Cindy Castle, 41, Rumford, was arrested at 230 Cumberland St. on a charge of violation of bail by Patrolman Rich. Castle was taken to the county jail.

• May 23, 9:53 a.m.: Edward Deroche, 18, of Mexico was arrested by Patrolman Lawrence Briggs on Hancock Street on a charge of operating without a license. Deroche was released on $700 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 10 at 8:30 a.m.
