RUMFORD — Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice will offer a free talk about advance directives from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, at Rumford Hospital, lower level, conference room A.
The talk will cover:
• What is an advance directive;
• Why have an advance directive;
• What to put in an advance directive;
• Choosing the person who will be your agent;
• Wishes for comfort care;
• Ensuring an advance directive is honored.
