TURNER — The annual Leavitt Father’s Day 5K will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 17, starting at Leavitt Area High School, 21 Matthews Way.

The mission of the race is to raise money to support the Leavitt XC team and, in the process, bring families, alums, and the community together to run and enjoy being outside. 

There is also a kids’ fun run for the youngest crowd at 10:15 a.m. 

The fees are $15 if preregistered; $20 on race day. It’s free for 10 and under if preregistered; $5 on race day for 10 and under.

The first male and female finishers will win $50. Medals will be presented to first- and second-place finishers in each age group.

Raffle prizes will be given for parent/child combinations. Performance tees go to the first 100 registrants.

Divisions are 10 and younger, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60- 69, and 70 and older.
