AUGUSTA — Members of Lewiston’s legislative delegation will hold their final constituent office hours for the year from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, June 24, in the Couture Room at Lewiston Public Library.
State Sen. Nate Libby will be joined by Reps. Jared Golden, Heidi Brooks, James Handy and Roger Fuller.
The office hours provide local residents a chance to meet with their elected officials and discuss legislative and state government matters.
The delegation will give updates of their work on various policy areas, including the state budget, property tax relief, student debt and public education issues, health care, labor and business issues, and veterans’ issues. All are welcome to attend, ask questions and get answers.
Formal office hours will begin again when the Legislature goes back into session in January 2018. Contact information for all legislators can be found at: http://legislature.maine.gov/house/townlist.htm.
