
The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine recently celebrated National Cancer Survivor Day with a luncheon for survivors and caregivers. Those attending celebrated survivorship from six months to 29 years. Visitors from South Carolina joined the festivities. Door prizes of reflexology sessions and therapeutic massage were awarded. Any survivor who was unable to attend is invited to stop in at the center, 199 Main St., Norway, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. any Thursday or Friday to place their candle on the Survivor cake.
