Western Mountain Shrine Parade
RANGELEY — The annual Shrine Parade will be held at 1 p.m. Aug. 12.
Clowns, crazy cops, mini trucks, pirates and many more Shriners will march through town and entertain.
Texas hold’em poker tournament
LOCKE MILLS — Jackson-Silver Post 68, American Legion, will have a Texas hold’em poker tournament Saturday, Aug. 12, at 595 Gore Road.
Doors will open at 11 a.m., and games will begin at 1 p.m. Meals and beverages will be available. The hall is air-conditioned.

Honey Bee Club annual gathering
SEBEGO — Oxford Hills Honey Bee Club’s annual potluck summer gathering will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at Larrabee Farm, 481 Kimball Corner Road.
Those attending should bring a favorite dish and lawn chair for sitting. The club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and beverages.

McAlister/McAllister reunion planned
NORWAY — The McAlister/McAllister Reunion will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 13, at the Universalist Church.
Those attending should bring their own lunch. Beverages and dessert will be furnished.
There will be a business meeting and an audience participation program called “Memories of East Stoneham.”
All allied families are welcome.
