Phil Stearns, an electrician’s apprentice, carries supports at the Geiger solar installation in Lewiston. The ground array, installed by ReVision Energy of Portland, will be the largest ground-installed array in Androscoggin County and will deflect some of Geiger’s energy usage. The installation, which took five weeks to build from start to finish, is scheduled to be up and producing power later this week.
