Coach: Dan Sylvester (10th year)
Conference: MVC Class: C South
Last year’s record: 10-4-3, lost in regional final
Returning players: Seniors — Jonah Sautter (G), Steve Martin (M), Kayne Wentzheimer (D/M), Dylan George (D), Glenn Hill (D); Juniors — Cam Poisson (F), Noah Austin (M); Sophomore — DJ Douglass (M/F).
Key losses: Ryley Austin, Nick Lerette, Josh Huston, Jacob Fusaro, Tyler Lacasio, Bryant Hall, Chris Normand, Andrew Balser, Bradley Boulet.
Promising newcomers: Seniors — Ben LeClair (D), Nick Austin (F); Sophomores — Jacob George (D), Jack Tibbetts (M/F), Levi Levesque (G/D).
What to expect: The Greyhounds lost some key pieces from last year’s regional finalist, and 16 players in total since last season. Sylvester has part of his core back, but numbers in the program are on the low side. The Greyhounds will rely on Sautter in goal and Noah Austin in the central midfield to help this year’s squad develop.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
