Returning players: Seniors — Kyle LaRochelle (F), Bo Beaulieu (D), Zac Trafton (M), Hunter Lowell (G), Fletcher Dellavalle (D); Junior — Leo Perez (M).

Key losses: Ricky Thompson, Carl Trafton, Cody Steward

What to expect: The Lakers are are young and have limited experience, according to Ellis. Despite that, the third-year coach still expects her team to be competitive and make the playoffs once again. She said the players being in the right mindset and ready to work will make up for their collective youth.
