LEWISTON — Effective Tuesday, Aug. 22, Geiger has acquired selected assets of PromoManagers Inc., a web-based distributor in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The firm will operate as a division of Geiger under the name PromoManagers LLC, a Division of Geiger. Heather Simard, former owner, will remain as a key contact with the company.

Mike Truchon, vice president for sales and customer experience with Crestline, a division of Geiger, will oversee the day-to-day operations of PromoManagers.
