I don’t know who is in charge of the U.S. Postal Service, but they are not doing their job. What is wrong with them? It was in the newspaper that the Postal Service lost $2.6 billion last quarter, so they decided to raise the price of stamps higher.

They have been doing that forever and it just doesn’t work.

I propose a solution — cut back operation to five days a week. No deliveries or pickups on Saturdays or Sundays. No trucks — a complete shutdown.

Imagine the money the department could save. Such action is long overdue. It is probably the only solution and should be done immediately.
