AUBURN — City Council workshop and meeting, 5:30 p.m. at Auburn Hall. Workshop agenda includes discussion on the additional school subsidy and Barker Mill Dam relicensing. Council agenda includes final readings on a plan to relax development restrictions surrounding major recreational uses, and a zone change for properties on Troy Street.
