DURHAM — A barbecued chicken dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at Durham Friends Meetinghouse, to benefit the Kakamega Orphans Care Centre in Western Kenya.

This is the 15th anniversary of the centre, and there will be a slide presentation following the dinner, showing how the project has grown and how it is moving over the next 15 years.
