I endorse Joline Landry Beam for re-election to the Lewiston City Council representing Ward 6.
Beam has a long history in public service. I first met her when she was a member of the School Committee. Later, when I needed her help as a member of Maine’s House of Representatives, she helped me to create a bill that then became law. Now, years later, as we have become friends, I appreciate even more her passion for wanting to do the right thing for people of all ages.
Her professional and personal experiences, her ability to listen for what is needed, backed up by her passion for positive change, is what gives her the right stuff to represent the people in Ward 6, and all Lewiston’s residents.
For all of those reasons, I hope others will join me in voting for Joline Beam.
