KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Cheryl L. Brown of Maryville, Tenn., passed away Thursday, Oct. 12, in hospice care at Summit View Nursing Home in Knoxville, Tenn.
She was born in Lewiston on March 19, 1950. Her parents were Cecil R. and Wilma (Alden) White. She was educated in Leeds and Turner schools. She moved to Maryville, Tenn., in 1990.
Survivors are son, Scott Gary Lee of Tennessee; mother and stepfather, Wilma and Alvin Barrett of Turner; brother and wife, Bradley and Belle White of Auburn; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; aunts, nieces, nephews and many cousins; many friends in Tennessee; and her very special friend to her and to the family, our “Angel,” Missy.
She was predeceased by father, Cecil White; maternal grandparents, Ruth and Martin Alden; paternal grandparents, Beatrice and Richard White; husband, John David Brown; children, Shannon and Shawn Lee; great-granddaughter, Maci May Conkey; brother, Gary Cecil White.
