Chris Robley, a producer, songwriter, published poet, and a purveyor of jittery, pictorial pop music, will perform at Guthries, 115 Middle St., Lewiston, from 8 to 10 p.m., Friday, Oct. 20. His most recent solo release, “Ghosts’ Menagerie” is a band-oriented album that combines catchy, sometimes proggy psych-folk, noir-pop tunes and a somewhat sparer production style with tales of heartbreak and domestic decline. He is currently working on a new record recorded entirely live at a house which sits just in front of the Lewis & Clark salt works on the Oregon coast.
