AUBURN — Bruce and Kim Jordan of Turner are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Jordan, to Shawn Hird, son of Greg and Marcy Hird of Auburn.
Miss Jordan is a 2012 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and a 2017 graduate of the University of New England. She is employed at Two Rivers Dental in Lisbon.
Mr. Hird is a 2009 graduate of Edward Little High School and is employed at Spruce Bay Farm and Landscaping.
An October 2018 wedding is planned.
