PAL selling tickets for Bruins alumni game 

LEWISTON — The Lewiston Police Athletic League is selling tickets for its annual benefit hockey game where the Boston Bruins alumni will play the Police All Stars.

The game will be played at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee.

Lewiston PAL serves Androscoggin County by providing funding and support for various youth athletic programs.

Library offers weekly story time

MECHANIC FALLS — Mechanic Falls Public Library holds Story Hour and Craft Time from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Mondays, except holidays.

Story Hour is geared for ages 2 to 5.

Auburn Church collecting hygiene products 

AUBURN — The Auburn United Methodist Church is supporting the Center for Wisdom’s Women by helping supply hygiene products for the women that they serve.

Requested donations include shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, body wash, disposable razors, lotion, lip balm and feminine hygiene products.  

Donations can be dropped off at 439 Park Ave.

Lewiston Bridge Club to play

LEWISTON — The Lewiston Bridge Club plays at 9 a.m. Mondays and Tuesdays in the Seniors’ Room at the Lewiston Armory, 65 Central Ave.
