NAMI Western Mountains affiliate is sponsoring Kevin Mannix and Linda Rota speaking about their book, “Weathering Shame” — stories of their life experiences with anxiety, depression and suicide and the resulting shame and stigma. They will be at Crescent Park School in Bethel at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, and the Bean’s Corner Baptist Church at the intersection of routes 133 and 156 in Jay at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9.
