AUBURN — The West Auburn Congregational Church will hold its annual Harvest Supper, a buffet meal, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, in the vestry house, 811 West Auburn Road.

Proceeds from the supper will be used to continue renovations on the steeple project. All are welcome.

DIXFIELD — Dixfield American Legion will serve a turkey dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18.

NEW GLOUCESTER — A bean supper will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at AMVETS Post 6.

The annual turkey raffle will follow at 7 p.m.

New this year will be a “Scouting for Food Fill the Tent” event. The goal is to fill the tent outside the American Legion with food donations brought by residents of the River Valley area. Time will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. They are requesting canned and boxed goods only with no expired dates.

WATERFORD — A senior luncheon will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the Wilkins House. Menu will include turkey pot pie, cranberry sauce, rolls and pie.

A social hour with games and puzzles will be held followed by the noon lunch. Bingo will start at 1 p.m., with eight to 10 games being played.
