Local artist Dave Perlman, a regular performer in Lewiston-Auburn, will bring a diverse selection of popular cover songs spanning different genres with a concentration in classic and ’90s rock to Pedro O’Hara’s, 34 Main St., Lewiston. He will be appearing from 8 to 11 p.m. Friday, Nov. 24. Ray Marchessault, local resident, “semi-retired senior mechanical engineer, former farmer and U.S. Army x-ray tech,” is scheduled to sing his first live “solo acoustic-style performance with backup electronic bass and drums” from 8 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25. Marchessault will cover such artists as Bob Dylan, Guns N’ Roses, John Lennon, U2, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Johnny Cash, Buffalo Springfield, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Diamond, Nirvana, Jeff Buckley, ZZ Top, Tom Petty, Neil Young, The Rolling Stones, Adele and more.
