Youth group starting in Dixfield
DIXFIELD — Dixfield Congregational Church will start a youth group for children in grades five through eight.
The first meeting will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, in the church annex on High St.

Celebration of new ministry planned
WILTON — St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Wilton has will have a celebration of new ministry for the Rev. Suzanne Cole, known as “Mother Sue,” at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3.
Cole has served as priest at St. Luke’s since August.
The Rev. Canon Michael Ambler from the Episcopal Diocese of Maine will preside. Local clergy and Episcopal clergy from around Maine have been invited to attend.
The ministry being celebrated is not only that of a new rector, but also the baptismal ministry of the people of God in the congregation.
St. Luke’s invites all people of the community to attend and celebrate with them. A light supper will follow this full Eucharistic Service.
