After a two-plus year onslaught of propaganda, brochures, slick advertisements, as well as much hard work and deliberation, the One LA crew (which includes my respected 1967 Lewiston High School classmate, Gene Geiger) should be respected for its hard work and good intentions.
They should now pause, sit back and realize and respect that the citizen voters have spoken, and that residents of Lewiston and Auburn like things just the way they are — that residents live in two proud and individual cities — and they like it that way.
Robert Mennealy, Auburn
