The November meeting of the Androscoggin County Democratic Committee focused on labor issues. Allan Shephard, training director, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 567, gave a presentation on IBEW’s apprenticeship program. Other key presenters were Matt Schlobohm, executive director, Maine AFL-CIO, and Dave Projansky, treasurer, Western Maine Labor Council, and member, MSEA-SEIU.
