AUBURN — Joyce Eva Matthews Stevens, 86, of Auburn passed away in her sleep on Wednesday, Dec. 13, at Bolster Heights.
Joyce was born in Lewiston on Aug. 30, 1931, to William and Marion Matthews. She loved spending time with her family including her seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, gardening and helping others.
She is survived by her two sons, Michael and wife, Lisa, and David and wife, Jane, and predeceased by her son Daniel. She was also predeceased by her mother and father and siblings Carol Lasko, Claire Tiner, Anita Craw, Freeman Matthews and William Matthews.
