Seniors discontinue winter activities
AUBURN — The New Auburn Seniors Board of Directors and officers have announced that the seniors will stop all activities during January and February due to slippery conditions of the season.
Activities will resume in March, beginning with a business meeting and bingo on Monday, March 5.

MECHANIC FALLS — Mechanic Falls Public Library holds Story Hour and Craft Time from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Mondays except holidays.

AUBURN — The New Auburn Neighborhood Watch meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, at the Sixth Street Congregational Church.
Marine Corps League seeks members
LEWISTON — Marine Corps League, Central Maine Detachment 810, which has a need for membership, will have its monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, at the Lewiston Armory, 65 Central Ave.
All Marines, FMF Corpsman and Navy Chaplains are invited. Anyone interested in Marines Helping Veterans is also invited to attend.
