FARMINGTON — Tiffany Allen has joined the team at Orchard Park Rehabilitation and Living Center as social services director. She will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of social and emotional well-being for residents.
Allen has a bachelor’s degree in social work and 18 years of experience as a social worker. Originally from Farmington, she has lived in Utah and North Carolina with her husband and four children. She recently moved back to Farmington to be with family.
Orchard Park Rehabilitation and Living Center, a 38-bed facility at North and Orchard streets, is part of North Country Associates in Lewiston.
