EUSTIS-STRATTON — The villages of Eustis and Stratton in the western mountains will celebrate all things winter on Friday through Sunday, Feb. 8 to 10, at the Polar Blast Celebration.
Family events will include cardboard sled slide, fireworks, ice skating, chili chowder contest, silent auction, music, dancing and the largest event: Saturday’s snowmobile radar run with a chance to win $7,500 in prize money and prizes provided by local and corporate sponsors.
New this year, vintage snowmobile racing with Tame the Track Tours will be held. Local businesses and the ATSC invite all snowmobilers to ride the miles of groomed trails and bring the family.
