PARIS — A local resident was shaken up Friday evening when he lost control of his car and it rolled onto its roof off the Hebron Road, Patrolman Gino Valeriani said.

Michael S. Schultz, 30, of 681 High St. in Paris was headed west in his 2010 Nissan Sentra when it got into sand on the shoulder, slid sideways, crossed the road and rolled over near Halls Pond Road, Valeriani said.

Schultz was not injured.

Paris Fire Department members were also at the scene.
