
Central Maine Christian Academy recently held its annual sports banquet. Students on the soccer and basketball teams received certificates and pins. The students pictures above also received the the following awards: back row: Alex Hilton, most improved soccer; Philip Drake, most valuable player soccer, and most improved boys’ basketball; Seth VanDuerson, most valuable player boys’ basketball; Joshua Pietrowicz, Christian character award, boys’ basketball; front row: Gavin Trafford, most valuable player, JV basketball; Aubrey Viekman, most valuable player, girls’ basketball; Rachel Frey, most improved player, girls’ basketball; Amanda Huang, Christian character, girls’ basketball; and Jordan Drake, most improved player, JV basketball. Absent from the picture was Ian McGuire, who received the Christian character award forJV basketball and Francis Bruno, Christian character award for soccer. Special recognition went to the coaches and their assistants Jake St. Hilaire, Scott Russell, Aaron Drake, Pippi McGuire, Matthew Timberlake, Lyana St. Hilaire, Francis Bruno and Gabbie St. Hilaire.
