AUBURN — Tom Arthur Blaquiere, 60, of Minot passed away Sunday, April 22, at the Hospice House.

He was born in Chelsea, Mass., April 7, 1958, the son of James E. and Patricia M. Davis Blaquiere. Tom was educated in the Norway special education class and attended the Progress Center in Norway. More recently, he lived and worked through the John F. Murphy Homes in Minot.

Tom’s hobbies included watching TV, doing jigsaw puzzles, music, swimming and camping, as well as going to the races and dances.

He is survived by his four brothers, Charles and wife, Liz, of Oxford, George, Timothy and Mark and wife, Stacy, of Oxford; six sisters, Debra of Augusta, Sally May and husband, Rick, and Brenda Sawyer, all of Oxford, Linda Cary and husband, Paul, of Bryant Pond, Sandra Washer of Norway and Christine Lee of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents.
