Senior center plans health fair

LITCHFIELD — The Litchfield Senior Center, Academy Road, will present a Health and Wellness Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 12. Admission is free.

CPR, first aid class announced

OXFORD — A Heartsaver CPR and first aid class will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, at the Oxford Public Safety Building, 701 Main St.

It will include basic first aid, adult, child and infant CPR and the use of an AED. On successful completion of the one-day class, attendees will receive a two-year certification in accordance with the American Heart Association.

The course is accepted for day/child care providers, loggers, guides, teachers and any other non-health care related professions. Call to confirm the date. Groups may also request to schedule a class at their convenience.

Healthcare BLS CPR re-certifications are done as needed one-on-one.
