Emergency personnel tend to pickup truck driver Phillip Webber, 73, of Lisbon, while others help driver Joline Hinkley, 59, of Auburn after the vehicles collided Friday afternoon on Alfred Plourde Parkway near Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Lewiston.
