LEWISTON — The Rev. Walter “Wally” R. Webb, 80, died Friday, July 13, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, with his wife Kay at his side. He was born Oct. 8, 1937, in Pottsville, Pa., to George and Ida (Blakeslee) Webb. He served United Methodist churches in Pennsylvania, New York and Maine.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Kay; grandchildren, Karyn and Jansen Dion; brother, James Webb; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; sisters Janice, Carol, Elaine, Dorothea; and his daughter, Roaine Dion.
