NORWAY — Joey Arsenault, beloved son of Maurice and Judy (Guilford) Arsenault, died at his home on 44 Elm St., Norway, on Thursday, July 19, with his family attending to him.
Joey was born Dec. 22, 1976. He graduated from Oxford Hills High School in 1995, went to work at the Oxford Hannaford store in 2000 and was employed there until he became ill in May 2018.
He is survived by his mother, Judy; his three sisters: Annette (Randy) Lyons of Pampa, Texas; Melissa (Rick) Chase of South Paris; and Sarah Arsenault of Norway; Annette’s son, Alex Wilson; and Melissa and Rick’s children: Nicholas, Gable, Luke and Xenon.
Joey was a great comfort and help to his mom after his dad died in 2011, and he will be deeply missed by his family and his second family at Hannaford. His family is thankful for all of the doctors, nurses and nurses aides who made Joey’s last days as comfortable as possible, and to all those who sent cards of encouragement, prayed for us and who brought food for us while we were taking care of Joey.
