The first performance of the new group of actors and a director, Alumni Theatre, will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at Spruce Mountain High School in Jay. They will be performing a production of John Cariani’s wonderfully touching and funny play “Almost, Maine.” Admission is $5. The Alumni Theatre is comprised of folks who are former students of Livermore Falls, Jay and Spruce Mountain high schools who did theater in school and never lost the love of being on stage.
