After the Friday evening balloon launch was canceled because of weather, Jim and Peggy Stevens of Auburn came down to Simard-Payne Memorial Park again on Saturday morning again to watch the balloons go up. Rain prevented the balloons from going up Saturday morning. (Daryn Slover/Sun Journal)

Entries had to be submitted by 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18. The winner will be notified by 6:00 p.m. The winner will be responsible for picking up the tickets at the Great Falls Balloon Festival Information booth.
