LIVERMORE FALLS — Emmanuel Assembly of God Church, 4 Fayette Road, announces Jonathan Lang has been appointed new head pastor.

His first service will be at 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9.

Lang, his wife, Jaimee, and their two young children are from West Valley City, Utah. He served as the administrative pastor at the Mountain View Christian Assembly since 2014. Before that he was an administrative pastor at Rock Church in Bangor.

The Lang family plans to spend their initial time getting to know the area and getting involved in the community.

Jonathan Lang, his wife, Jaimee, and their two sons are returning to Maine where he will be pastor of Emmanuel Assembly of God Church in Livermore Falls.
