LEWISTON – Mike Fontes, 54, of Lewiston passed away Saturday, Oct. 6, in Lewiston.
Mike was born April 5, 1964, in New Bedford, Mass., to parents Walter R. Fontes and Geraldine S. Fontes.
He had worked for Estes Express Lines since August 2002. Mike was a member of the United Bikers of Maine and the Androscoggin County Fish & Game Association. He was a member of the NRA and enjoyed riding his Harley, “Bettie”, and shooting his guns at the gun range.
Mike was predeceased by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Lena Fontes; daughter, Harmony Millette, and her husband, Mark; stepdaughter, Tiffanie Thompson, and fiance Josh Aube; stepson, Roger Thompson; granddaughters Savanna Weed and Emily Millette; grandsons William Foster, Jacob Millette, and Austin Aube; and brothers Wally Fontes and Aaron Fontes.
A celebration of life will happen at a later date.
