In my lifetime, very few campaign promises were kept after a president was inaugurated. President Donald Trump is an exception, delivering on nearly all his promises.

The U.S. currently has the lowest unemployment rates in almost 50 years. Unemployment for women is the lowest in almost 40 years, and the unemployment rate for blacks and Latinos is the lowest it has ever been. There are 4 million fewer people on food stamps and more than 4 million jobs have been created under the leadership of President Trump.

President Barack Obama said that a 2-percent annual GDP growth was the new norm, but President Trump surpassed that, too ,with a 4.2-percent GDP growth.

In 2016, then-candidate Trump said he would bring back manufacturing jobs. President Obama said of Trump, “What is he going to do, wave his magic wand?” It appears that Trump did, as more than 400,000 manufacturing jobs have been created to date.

Democrats want to abolish ICE and open the nation’s borders. They would roll back Trump’s tax cuts and put back the cumbersome regulations that were crippling U.S. businesses.

I say, let’s keep the economy growing. In my opinion this midterm election is the most important in my lifetime, and I encourage voters to vote Republican so the president can continue to make America great again.
