RUMFORD — The Wreath of Hope, displayed on the Route 2 side of the Hope Association building is a fundraiser for the organization’s Special Olympics team, Team Leaping Lizards.
From now to Dec. 31, the wreath will have lights of blue, in memory of a person or pet; green, in honor of a military person who is serving or who has served; and yellow, for friendship or love. Tickets for lights are $5 each.
There will be a displayed list of purchased lights at Hope Association. Lights can be purchased at the Hope Association, What-Not-Shop, Briar Patch, Christmas in the Valley craft fair and other locations in town.
