AUBURN — Roger’s Haircutters welcomes Carla Martin to its staff.
Martin has more than 30 years of experience in the hair industry as a licensed barber-stylist. She has spent most of her career as a small business owner with the startup of three salons in the Twin Cities.
In addition to her hands-on education in the latest techniques in hair fashion, she has attained a business leadership certification through a series of classes by Paul Mitchell, and continues ongoing education provided by Paul Mitchell.
Martin recently graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2017 magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in leadership and organizational studies, and attained certification in the Lean Leadership process.
