Trevor James Talon

1997 – 2018

 

LEWISTON – Trevor James Talon, 20, met God on Nov. 19,  2018. Heaven has gained an exceptional young man with beautiful eyes, an amazing smile and tender heart.

Trevor, with a longtime nickname of “Trevy”, was the son of Angie Huard and Todd Talon. Stepson to Duane Huard and Katie Talon. He brought joy into the life of all who knew him.

He was born on Dec. 21, 1997, a tremendous Christmas present.  Trevor was the apple of so many people’s eyes, especially his parents;11-year-old brother, Christian; 6-year-old sister, Hannah; stepbrothers, Justin Sessums and Timmy Huard; and stepsister Kaleigh Huard; and grandparents, Doris Parent and Bob Robbins (Pop) and Diane Talon.

Trevor graduated from Monmouth Academy in 2016, took classes at Central Maine Community College; and was employed at Pioneer Plastics.

 

According to his brother Christian, Trevor enjoyed time with family, cooking, listening to Pink Floyd, playing Xbox, the color purple, Domino’s Pizza, Mountain Dew and Monster energy drinks.

 

Trevor was also a talented artist and pictures of his sketched animations hang at his mom’s home.

Trevor created special memories with many people: cooking, shopping and spending quality time with his mom, playing games with Christian, playing Magic with Landon, playing with “Baby Elise”, traveling with Grammy Diane, hanging out with Meme and Pop, fishing with his Dad and playing dolls with Hannah.

 

He will be especially missed by his mom with whom he had a very special bond. His mom simply adored Trevor and becoming his mother was a defining moment in her life.

He will also be greatly missed by his dad who says it was an honor to call Trevor his son and cherishes every moment he spent with him.

Trevor is survived by his parents, grandparents, Auntie Heidi Getchell and Uncle Aaron Harvey; Auntie Carolee and Uncle Matt Taylor; Auntie Tori and Uncle Chris Snowdeal, Cousins Landon Harvey, Elise Snowdeal, Payton Snowdeal and Kyle Snowdeal  and pets Claire, Maggie and Tiger Ann. He was loved by many Great Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday Nov. 29, 2018 from 10-11 a.m. at East Auburn Baptist Church, 560 Park Ave., Auburn followed by a Celebration of Trevor’s Life at 11am also at the church.

 

Arrangements are under the care of The Fortin Group Funeral Home, Cremation and Monument Services, 70 Horton St., Lewiston.
