New Auburn Seniors announce events
AUBURN — The New Auburn Senior Citizens has announced December activities. The Christmas party will be on Monday, Dec. 3, at Sacred Heart. Price and menu to be announced. The business meeting and open bingo will start at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch.
Membership dues for 2018 are expected to be paid on the first Monday of the month. Those who cannot pay at the meeting may send payment and a self-addressed envelope to Helen Marsh, 32 Chris Ave., Sabattus, ME 04280.
The group will take a break from Dec. 10 to March 4. All seniors 50 and older are welcome to attend the off-Monday bingo beginning around noon on Mondays, Nov. 26 and Dec. 10.

Auxiliary to host children’s Christmas party
JAY — The AMVETS Post 33 Ladies Auxiliary is hosting the annual Children’s Christmas Party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8.
There will be crafts, games, prizes and Santa. Santa will arrive at 1 p.m., and will bring gifts for the children. The Post 33 is at 111 Main St.
