  • Tiffany Weston, 25, of 15 Blue Rock Road, Monmouth, arrested by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a charge of driving without a license, 6:18 p.m. Thursday at 166 Pine St., Lewiston.
  • Nicole Simond, 35, of 69 Horton St., Lewiston, arrested by Maine State Police on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on charges of driving with a suspended license and engaging in prostitution, 8:52 p.m. Thursday at that address.
  • Kyle Cathey, 34, listed as transient, arrested by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency on charges of illegal possession of a firearm and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on charges of possession of heroin, driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and violating conditions of release, 3:21 p.m. Thursday at Pine and Shawmut streets, Lewiston.
  • Derek Freeman, 34, of Scarborough, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of violating a protection from abuse order, 5:23 a.m. Friday at 2 Turner St., Auburn.
  • Andrew Parker, 30, of 1968 Lisbon St., Lewiston, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant charging failure to appear in court, 9:25 a.m. Friday at 40 Pleasant St., Auburn.

Accidents

Auburn

  • Amie C. Nickel, 36, of Auburn, lost control of her SUV and struck a lane separator and street sign at 10:59 p.m. Thursday while turning from Court Street onto Minot Avenue. Damage to her 2010 Kia was listed as functional.
  • Vehicles driven by Craig R. Howard, 61, of Cumberland, and Chad M. Kordalski, 31, of Auburn, collided at 6:17 a.m. Thursday on Minot Avenue. Both vehicles, Howard’s 2018 Nissan and the 2011 Subaru, driven by Kordalski and owned by Melissa Richards of Turner, were towed.
  • Vehicles driven by Diane Gagne, 69, of Poland, and Jeffrey S. Martin, 56, of Mechanic Falls, collided at 11:23 a.m. Thursday on Mount Auburn Avenue. Both vehicles, Gagne’s 2011 Chevrolet and Martin’s 2006 Dodge, were towed.
  • A car driven by Eugene L. Tanguay, 59, of Albany Township, struck the back of a car driven by Liban Y. Rayleh, 30, of Lewiston, as Rayleh was slowing in traffic at an accident scene. Tanguay’s 2010 Hyundai was towed. Damage to Rayhleh’s 2015 Toyota was listed as minor.
