AUBURN — Talk on U.S. policy toward the rising global power of China, noon-1 p.m., Auburn Public Library. Presenter is Joseph McDonnell, professor of public policy at the Edmund Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine. Program in cooperation with the 2019 Camden Conference.
