Otisfield Historical Society archivist Jean Hankins, 83, of Otisfield displays a carpetbag that belonged to Nathaniel Brackett, who carried mail in Otisfield around 1850. The archives in the basement of the Bell Hill Schoolhouse are open one day a week in the summer.
