Paving gets underway Monday at the 400-meter Hosmer Field track in Rumford. Gary Violette, inspector of the project for Rumford, said Pine Tree Paving of South Paris is putting down 3 inches of pavement for the track, which will have a top finish in blue and gray and be lined for five lanes.
