Maine State Police have classified the death of a Minnesota man whose body was found Saturday in Leeds as suspicious.

The body of Madi-Hagi-Mohamed, 31, was found about 5 p.m. by a couple riding an all-terrain vehicle off Bernie Hartford Road, according to Stephen H. McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
The couple called the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office, which contacted state police to assist in the investigation, according to McCausland.
Police identified Hagi-Mohamed through fingerprints. He was arrested on cocaine charges in July in Rochester, Minnesota, according to police.
