Wallace H. Hilton
BOWDOIN – Wallace H. Hilton, 84, of Bowdoin passed away on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021.
He was born on April 27, 1936 to Georgia (Hobbs) and Frank W. Hilton in Massachusetts where he attended school. In 1954 he enlisted in the Air Force where he retired in 1975. In 1960 he married Marie Boivin of Rumford. Together they had two children, Frank W. Hilton II and Darlane M. Hilton. He enjoyed fishing, reading, watching sports and gardening.
Wallace is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marie; and a sister.
He is survived by a brother, Thomas Hilton; nieces and nephews; his son Frank (Donna) Hilton II, his daughter, Darlane (Joel) Allen; four grandchildren, Brandy (Brian) Dube, Chester Hundrieser, Jessica (Kevin) O’Shei, Raymond (Caityln) Allen; four great-grandchildren, Samantha and Collin O’Shei and Raymond Jr. and Emily Allen.
